• Australia: Free shipping is available for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate of $10 will apply.

• International: Free international shipping is available for orders over $500. For orders under $500, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

2. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods:

For domestic orders within Australia, we primarily use standard shipping services. International orders are shipped using reliable carriers with tracking options.

4. Delivery Time:

• Australia: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• International: Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Customs and Duties:

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.

7. Order Modifications:

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address or contents.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.
