Shipping policy

1. Shipping Zones and Rates:

We currently offer shipping to both domestic and international customers.

  • Australia: A$16 flat rate. Shipping is charged on all orders.

  • International: Flat rate by destination zone — Asia Pacific A$73, North America A$76, UK & Europe A$81, rest of world A$87. The exact amount for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods:

All orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post Express Post, with tracking. International orders are sent by Express Post International, with tracking.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Australia: Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch within the Express Post network. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Express Post is a priority service, not a guaranteed-delivery-date service.

  • International: Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Customs and Duties:

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.

7. Order Modifications:

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address or contents.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.
