International: Free international shipping is available for orders over $500. For orders under $500, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For domestic orders within Australia, we primarily use standard shipping services. International orders are shipped using reliable carriers with tracking options.

International: Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.
