I bought a custom gold pendant for our anniversary. My wife absolutely loved the gift — the design and the way it was tailor-made. It was amazing dealing with Natalia: she not only helped in modifying the designs but also came up with suggestions to improve before finishing/delivering the product.

I met Natalia at the Paddington Markets. I had lost a very special bracelet I was given for my 40th birthday. I'd been wanting someone to remake it and Natalia made exactly what I wanted — even taking on feedback and designing it from photos I shared.
