Roughly a third are handmade by Natalia in her Central Coast studio — vitreous enamel and 999 fine silver, each pair one of a kind. The rest are solid gold and diamond pieces, and Italian-made silver.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between fine silver and sterling silver earrings?
Fine silver is 999 — 99.9% pure. Sterling is 925, alloyed with copper for hardness. Fine silver is brighter, more tarnish-resistant and kinder to sensitive ears, but softer; sterling is tougher. Natalia's enamel work uses 999 fine silver because enamel needs a pure surface to bond to, with 925 ear wires for strength where they pass through the ear.
Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
The fine silver and solid gold pieces generally are — the usual culprit in a reaction is nickel, and neither contains it. If you react to sterling silver, look at the 999 fine silver and solid gold pieces first.
What is the difference between a hoop, a huggie and a sleeper?
A hoop is a full circle that hangs from the ear. A huggie is a small, thick hoop that sits close against the lobe. A sleeper is a fine, small hoop designed to be comfortable enough to leave in — including overnight.
What is enamel jewellery?
Vitreous enamel is powdered glass fused to metal in a kiln at around 800°C. Natalia uses champlevé, where recesses are hand-engraved into the silver before each colour is packed in, and cloisonné, where fine silver wires hold pools of colour side by side. Each piece is fired ten or more times to build the colour, and no two come out identical.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined one and tests as diamond. It is grown rather than extracted, which is why the same budget buys more carat weight. Our lab-grown stones are certified E colour, VS clarity.
