Custom Design Consultation with Natalia (1 hour)

A focused, one-hour private consultation with Natalia to plan your custom or bespoke piece — by video call, or seated with her at our Paddington Markets stall in Sydney on a Saturday. The fee and the prep are the same either way; the choice of venue is yours.

This is the right starting point if you'd like to commission a one-of-a-kind ring, an engagement piece, a wedding band, or a remembrance piece set with stones you already own. We'll talk through what you're imagining, look at any reference images or stones you bring, and you'll leave with a clear sense of what's possible and what it will cost.

The $100 fee is fully credited toward your commission if you proceed with a Made-to-Order or Bespoke piece within 30 days of the consultation. There's no obligation to commission anything — the fee covers Natalia's time and the design thinking she does before you meet.

How it works

1. Buy this consultation. In the order note at checkout, please type either online or in person at the market so Natalia knows where to plan for, and leave your phone number so we can schedule more easily. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
2. Natalia replies within one business day with her next available slots (Sydney time; she works with international time zones if you're abroad on video).
3. You pick a slot that works for you. For video calls she sends a calendar invite with the link; for in-person she confirms the Saturday and a meeting time at the stall.
4. On the day: an hour, focused on your idea. Bring stones, sketches, reference images, or just a feeling.
5. Within a few days of the consultation, Natalia sends you a written design concept and an estimated price.
6. If you proceed, the $100 is credited toward Stage 1 of your commission.
