Ocean Beach Enamel Silver Pendant

An enamel pendant inspired by the endless Australian beaches — white foam meeting turquoise, sand blurring into surf. The colour sits between aqua and pale green the way the water actually looks on a bright day on the Central Coast. At 30mm including the bail, it's a pendant with presence but sits comfortably on any chain.

A piece for ocean people: anyone who grew up near the coast, anyone who swims every week, anyone who moved inland and misses the smell of the salt. A thoughtful gift for a return-from-travel, a milestone birthday, or yourself after a trip.

Handmade by Natalia on the Central Coast of Australia using champlevé vitreous enamel. Recesses are hand-engraved into 999 fine silver before each colour is packed in and fired — the engraved ripples catch the light the way real water does. Each piece passes through the kiln more than ten times to build the depth of colour; every firing is unforgiving, so no two are ever identical. The image you see on any given pendant is a single moment of ocean frozen in silver and glass.
